The brand has existed since 2009 and has operated under the official name YASKRAVA since 2022.
Over the years, the philosophy has remained the same:

Philosophy
YASKRAVA stands for individuality.
There is no mass production.
No replicated collections.
No conveyor-belt design.
Each piece is created once.
Some materials exist in a single copy — rare natural gemstones, baroque pearls, crystals, handcrafted ceramic elements, artistic glass beads, or carefully sourced vintage findings. When they are gone, the design cannot be repeated in exactly the same way.
This is slow craftsmanship guided by intuition, experience, and aesthetic precision.
About YASKRAVA
YASKRAVA is an independent European jewellery brand founded by Ukrainian designer Oksana Turbaïvska-Kozenko.
Her creative journey began in 2009, though her love for jewellery started much earlier — in childhood, when beads and stones were already more than materials; they were a language of expression.
Today, Oksana is not only the designer but the soul and face of the brand. She personally curates every gemstone, designs each composition, and presents many of the pieces herself.
About the Jewelry
Are all pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Every piece is one of a kind, as uniqueness and individuality are core values of our brand. Some designs may be similar, but no two pieces are ever identical.
Do you use natural gemstones?
The authenticity of our gemstones is extremely important to us. We personally verify the stones and source them only from trusted suppliers who provide certificates issued by gemological laboratories.
Can the gemstone differ from the photo?
Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and color display. However, the stone will not be “different” in terms of quality or type. You can always request a video review of any piece to better understand its details and true colors.
What materials are used for the findings? Do they tarnish?
All findings are of premium quality. They are hypoallergenic and will not change color when properly cared for.

Silver-tone metal: medical-grade stainless steel or rhodium-plated premium findings.

Gold-tone metal: medical-grade stainless steel with gold electroplating or premium findings with durable 18K/24K gold plating (the karat value refers to the thickness and quality of the plating).
Are the pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our findings are gold-plated, silver-plated, rhodium-plated, or made from medical-grade stainless steel.
If you have heightened sensitivity, please contact us regarding a specific piece. We can provide detailed information or adjust the design by reducing the number of metal elements that come into contact with the skin to minimize the risk of irritation.
Can the length of a necklace or bracelet be adjusted?
Yes. Simply message us, and we will adjust the piece to your preferred length free of charge when possible.
Additionally, most designs include an extender chain, allowing you to adjust the length yourself.
Do you create custom-made pieces?
Yes. Custom orders are accepted with a 30% deposit.
Share your wishes and ideas with us, and we will suggest suitable options and provide a final price estimate.
Is it possible to create a matching set (e.g., earrings + bracelet to match a necklace)?
Yes, this is possible.
If you select a piece, you may order an additional matching item to create a coordinated set.
Are the pieces heavy to wear?
Most of our designs are created to be comfortable for everyday wear.
Some styles feature multiple elements or larger gemstones and may feel more substantial, depending on personal preference. You are welcome to request the exact weight of any piece or consult with us before purchasing to ensure it suits you perfectly.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my jewellery?
With every order, you receive a detailed care guide.
By following a few simple rules, your jewellery will maintain its beauty and shine for a long time:

Avoid exposing the jewellery to water (no showers, swimming pools, or rain).

Apply perfume before putting on your jewellery.

Store each piece separately in a jewellery box or organizer.

Occasionally polish the piece with a soft velvet cloth to maintain its shine (a polishing cloth is included with every order).
Proper care ensures lasting brilliance and preserves the quality of the materials.
Shipping Information
Where do you ship from?
All orders are currently shipped from Spain.
Do you ship to Ukraine?
Yes. We ship to Ukraine weekly. Delivery takes approximately 4 days and shipping is free. You only pay the domestic delivery fee within Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
How long does delivery take within Spain?
Delivery within Spain typically takes 3–5 business days.
How long does delivery to Ukraine take?
Orders are shipped every Saturday. Delivery is usually completed by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
Do you offer international shipping worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide via Spanish Post (Correos) or InPost, depending on the destination.
What are the shipping costs?

Ukraine – Free shipping (you only pay the domestic Nova Poshta fee within Ukraine).

Shipping costs are clearly confirmed before finalizing your order.
Are customs duties or import taxes required?
If the declared value of the parcel is within the duty-free threshold of your country, no customs fees apply.
If local regulations require additional charges, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, always. All shipments include tracking and can be conveniently monitored on the postal service’s official website.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa/MasterCard cards online
- Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) bank transfer in UAH
- PayPal
- Bizum (for Spain)
Payment details are provided after order confirmation.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. All orders are shipped only after full prepayment.
In which currency can I pay?
Payments can be made in UAH, EUR, or USD.
Returns & Exchanges
Is exchange or return possible?
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the piece has not been worn or used.
Custom-made pieces created specifically for you are non-returnable.
What should I do if my jewellery is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately — we will resolve the issue.
Kindly do not discard the packaging and take clear photos of both the outer box and the damaged piece. This documentation is required to file a claim with the postal service for compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
Can the size be adjusted after purchase?
Yes. You may send the piece back to us for resizing (shortening or extending), even if it was purchased some time ago.
We are always happy to help you ensure a perfect fit.
