Yaskrava jewellery is created to bring joy — but if your item doesn’t fit, we’ve made returns simple.

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
