We create jewellery not for a season — but for years.

That is why every YASKRAVA piece comes with a lifetime service warranty.

What does this mean?

You can contact us at any time — in a month, a year, or even several years later — and send your jewellery for repair or restoration.

We will:

• replace hardware and fittings
• renew the plating
• restring necklaces or bracelets
• replace damaged elements
• restore clasps or fastenings

Is the repair free of charge?

If the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect, the repair is free of charge.

If the jewelry has been damaged during wear (mechanical damage, exposure to water or perfume, accidental drops, etc.), we will always offer restoration at a service cost.

We stand behind our pieces and never leave them without care.

How do I send my jewelry for repair?

Send us photos of the jewelry.

We will confirm the details and delivery method.

After restoration, your piece will be returned to you refreshed and renewed.
